Summary

After extensive testing and hours of frustration (not to mention a pile of scrap), here it is, the new and improved dart shell for BuzzBeeToys DoubleShot, and similar, dart blasters. The full-length dart means no more darts being knocked out of the shell, print time is less than 10 minutes on my FlashForge Adventurer 5M pro, and you can print a couple dozen in just a few hours.
