iScooter iX4 Hook (First Prototype)

Installation Instructions:

1. Remove the original tightener from the scooter.

2. Route the wires through the inside of the printed part.

3. Slide the printed part into the handlebar pipe and push down until it snap-fits into place.

4. Secure and lock it using the original tightener.

Strength & Performance:

• Downward Pressure: Holds over 40 kg

• Outward Pull: Holds over 30 kg

• (Note: Strength ratings require printing in PETG with 5 walls/perimeters).

Print Settings:

• Print as oriented.

• No supports required!
