The model is somewhat parametric so you might be able to adjust for your needs, but this was made early in my FreeCAD explorations, so parametric changes will probably break the model in some ways and so need some manual adjustments.

You probably don't need supports if you have some ok bridging. There's only a short bridge for the USB port itself, and the rest should print reasonably well without supports.

The holes were designed for threaded inserts, of the size you find when disassembling laptops.
