Over time, the wall adapter plug became loose and would no longer stay in position to charge the vacuum properly. This fix fits into the available space on the wall mount to lock the plug in place and prevent it from falling down when docking the vacuum. From top put washer to keep DC jack in optimal position. Fits few different models which have this mount.
