Replacement part for the clothes rod holder on a Lowe's Project Source Heavy Duty Black Shelf bracket. (Model #27587PKLLG). Assumes the mounting rod is approx. 9.7x9.7mm, +/- 0.2mm.

Print Instructions

• PETG material recommended over PLA for some flexibility

• 25% infill, Adaptive Cubic infill pattern highly recommended - Gyroid if your slicer doesn't have Adaptive.

• 5 walls - overkill in a good way

• Print face down, not standing. It's my first export, so forgive me.

Other notes

• 11.32g of filament in 16m print time on a Flashforge Adventurer 5M Pro, in SUNLU PETG White w/0.3mm layer heights on a 0.6mm nozzle. You could do this on 0.4/0.2 if you desire, I just like prototyping quickly.

• Be mindful of your wall mounting & bracket spacing and rod deflection. At this point, the weak point won't be the bracket, it'll be weight vs. rod span.

• Yes I realize the file name says Curtain, not enough coffee.
