I set up an old 7 inch tablet as a table console for Home Assistant and needed a low stand for it.

This is the model I came up with. It's created in FreeCad version 1.1.1 and parametric. You can adjust the measurements in the specs spreadsheet in the file. 

It didn't print too well with the holes in the back, but looks all right and serves the intended purpose.
