Modular iPhone 16 Pro Case – TPU Bumper & Custom Inserts

This project features a modular phone case system consisting of two separate parts:

• TPU bumper for impact protection and flexibility.
• Removable insert panel that slides into the bumper.

The insert can be printed separately using PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, or other materials, allowing endless customization possibilities.

Included files:

• TPU bumper

• DIOR-style insert (STL)

• Base insert (STEP) for creating your own designs

Why a modular design?

• Easily swap designs without reprinting the entire case.
