I have used these connectors in many of my own projects. The main benefit of my design is that the cutouts (the "female" parts) are rather orientation-agnostic. Depending on how well your filament handles bridging, you can even print them facing downward.
The easiest way to make the cutouts would be using SolidWorks - you can use the block from the "test part" file.
The .dxf should work as a template for most other CAD software (cutout has to be 10mm tall).
You can also use Prusa Slicer to make the cutout (right click onto your part and select "Add negative volume" -> Load the "cutout negative volume" file.
