This is a simple cable spool. There are many ways to wind the cable on this, what I would do is wind it up into a circle and then slide it on into the cutouts. Another possible to put the cable on is to just rap the cable around the spool then tuck the plug parts into the cable, then slide it into the cutouts. This should not take long to print.
