Step 1

Cut and attach an adhesive foam strip to the filter box top component.

Step 2

Rest the sleeved cable other the hole and then place the TPU plug over it.

Step 3

Close the filter box and put 8mm flathead M3 screws on.

Step 4

Cut and attach adhesive foam strips to the sides of the fan opening, to seal the gaps properly/

Step 5

Attach the adhesive foam tapes around the filter space. Only 3 sides will be sufficient.

Step 6

Now put the filter in the filter cover on.

Step 7

Secure the rotating arms with two 8mm flathead M3 screws.

Step 8

Cut and attach foam strips to the base components.

Step 9

Glue the two parts of the base component together. You can use clamps to secure the sealing.

Step 10

Now screw the bolt and nut to connect the fan and base units.

Step 11

You can try your power bank on it! You can also buy a USB switch extension for on/off operations.

Step 12

If you want, you can put 4 rubber pads underneath the base, for better stability.
