Summary

My vintage Trek Y-33 has 94mm BCD crankset on it, running a 1x9 gear setup. I wanted to be able to print a bashguard unique to me. I dont expect it to take much abuse before breaking, but it is cool to have my own designs on my bike.

Being that the 94mm BCD is quite rare these days, I could find no already designed models. Found lots of 110mm and 130mm BCD bashguards. I tried to design my own from scratch, but I am new to modeling and could not get the bolts to line up perfectly. From there I designed a 94mm BCD chainring, then used software to remove the amount of material i want to from the edge.
