The mini weight plate is suitable for ½-inch PVC pipes. I designed this specifically so that my son could also exercise while I was working out. I simply used hot melt glue to fix the weight stop device to the PVC pipe to prevent the weight plate from sliding into the handle area. You can also place a PVC pipe cap at the end to prevent the weight from falling off.
