I don't know how many times I could have used this tool in the past, and sure, applying tape on the back of the piece you're trying to mount to make a temple works, but what the fun is that?  I had a 3D printer, I have a need, let's marry the two!

Just place the pegs in the mounting holes of the piece your trying to mount, and viola, you now can transfer that spacing on the wall with ease!
