Here is my take on continuity camera bracket for my iphone 15pro max. 

Its for my HP ENVY 27s Display Monitor (27") 

Easy print, with low filament consumption, light and… I don't know, I'd say nice?

Most importantly It allows the phone to be placed at the angle so you dont need to tilt monitor too much.

The screen is 15mm thick at the top. and my phone+case is 13.4mm thick

Design file included in case you'd want to adjust it to your needs.
