I had a spot in m yard that I wanted to have irrigated that was next to my house, but I did not want the water to spray the house. This deflector forces the spray to go in the direction you want as long as the sprinkler head emits water to the side (not up). You can use it with a full circle spray, half circle, quarter circle or end strip head.
