Arcade sticks are fun. This one is designed to use a Sanwa style joystick and buttons. You can find them all packaged neatly in kits like this. I personally replaced the cheap encoder board with a little bit of perfboard wired up with a Pi Pico flashed with GP2040-CE, but am otherwise still rocking the cheapo stick and buttons.

Double check the size of the panel mount USB extender you use before printing, and modify the model if needed.

The holes in the bottom are sized for M3 threaded inserts, to allow secure assembly and disassembly without nuts falling out everywhere. Put in the opposite corners first so everything aligns right.

Print the four feet in TPU and glue it to the bottom, in the indents.
