This is a custom hotend shroud, designed for the ender 3.
It's compatible with a direct drive extruder and bl touch, it also has a mount for an ADXL345.

the fan ducts are designed a tiny bit smaller than the stock 4010 blower outlet so after printing you can heat up the ducts with a lighter to make them a bit wider so they snap in place.
