The cardboard filament spool doesn't rotate very well on the plastic axle in the dryer. The metal axles that run in bearings on the bottom are even worst when you try them with a cardboard spool. Print 2 of each part, and use four of the bearings, and one metal shaft from the dryer, and then run the spool on that. Difference like day and night.
