There are a lot of these designs out there but I wanted to make one that would print faster and use less plastic. This one prints in about 1 hour for both box and lid with a 0.6mm nozzle and 0.32 layer height. No supports required.

There is a small “bump” in the lid that snaps over the box edge and keeps it closed and a fingernail notch to help grip the lid handle. It makes a nice “snap” sound when closing.

The lid does not load into the slicer in the correct orientation. You need to flip it over so the “bump” faces upward.
