Simple bed level tuning test print.
Slice with multiple perimeters/walls and no top/bottom layers. 5-10 walls gives you a good amount of time to level each corner as it prints. Do a static bed level first to be sure you are close to level and Z height is close to printing height. When it is printing, live adjust the bed screws until you get a nice, slightly squished bead as evenly across the bed as practical.

Then when you have finished screaming at the cheap taco of a bed Creality sold you, add a probe and auto bed leveling and never have deal with this again!
