Kia released a kit to help fix the rattle that starts in the boot/trunk. It consists of a thicker felt pad and a set of washers to put under the bumper guides (last photo shows this kit).
The kit doesn't seem to be available outside the US, so I came up with this.
Take care to peel off the old foam pad because you'll reuse it. Push this into place, then reinstall the old felt pad and bolt back up. You'll need to do two of these.
My first prints are in PLA but I think for longevity, PETG might be better. It can get pretty warm.

Although I printed in PLA, for a car that might not be good with potential heat so I'd recommend trying in PETG.
