This is was designed for M6 bolts so you can easily mount a power strip to your sim racing cockpit with aluminum extrusions. I attached a photo showing what power strip this is intended for but also have the SKU # - SKU:414078. 

The holes are a size that you could use this to for other applications such as mounting to a desk, wall, etc
