I wanted a waste bin to contain filament and brims - that could tuck under the print bed, and looked good with the Mini. This is my solution.
I started with @JimLee's Mini Faceplate, plugged the screw holes - and built the bin behind it.
The bin has lips on both sides to keep filament from popping out. The section that tucks under the print plate has a cover so filament won't pop up and obstruct the bed.
I used PETG for the bin and PLA for the face, then superglued the pieces together. A .6mm nozzle also really cuts the print time. It's designed to be printed with the flat back of the bin on the print bed and printed vertical (like a tower). Also, I recommend increasing your perimeters to the point where the side walls are solid (no infill) - otherwise you get wobble.
