As someone with a growing collection of hard disks, finding the right storage solution has always been a challenge. Some time ago, I came across a fantastic box for storing 2.5" laptop drives, but my larger 3.5" disks were left without a proper home.

For two years, I searched for a sturdy, closed storage box that could accommodate disks of varying heights, but all I could find were open bases that didn’t quite meet my needs. Frustrated with the lack of options, I decided to take matters into my own hands.

Inspired by the design of my original 2.5" disk box, I designed this custom storage box completely from scratch. It’s a long but straightforward print—no support material required!
