Dry your filament fast with this 'dryer'. All you need is a 4L Cereal box (from Amazon), a 40mm USB powered fan, and some desiccant. The hygrometer is not required, but recommended. Simply put the desiccant holder in the hub of your spool, run the cable out the spout, seal it up and plug it in. While not heated, it does remove humidity from the air quickly, consequently allowing the filament to release its moisture into the circulating air. You can also put the holder between the sides of the spool if it does not fit in the hub.

EDIT: You could add a small reptile heater inside the container for even faster drying.
