Summary
I've gotten R&P working on the Wallace X-Carriage.
Unfortunatly, my thermister fell out of the hot-end with predictable results. :(

Instructions
Print all parts.
Remove the X-Motor and ideler bearings from Wallace.
Remove the old X-carriage from rails and install new.
Use 10mm m3 bolt to hold bottom liner bearing in place.
(Hole in Motor plate for driver access.)
Put 6mm threded rod through the Rack. measure against X-ends to make sure Rack covers bed. Add nuts to each end of Rack to secure.
Drop X-stage to bottom/home position.
Put 6mm mounts on rod and adjust carefully to match the holes for the Ideler bolts. Bolt into place with original Ideler bolds and nuts.
Put Pinion on X-motor. Lave about 1mm space between motor and Pinion. Place motor on X-carriage motor mount and check Pinion hight. It should match the Rack.
Mount motor with same 10mm M3 bolts. Slide motor against Rack.
Hold gently and chack for smooth motion. Too much pressure against Rack will cause ripples. Too little will cause backlash.
Once happy with smooth motion, tighten bolts. (rear bolts are difficult to install and may not be nessessary, unit has worked without them.)
RE-ADJUST your firmware for X-motion.
77.4790 works for me. CORRECTION!!!
76.7480
Note! Any variance in the printer making the Rack will affect the Rack motion distance. You must make your own distance mesurments!
Now Print stuff! :)
