When opening the file in openscad on the Konsole GCODE is written like this (when using the default settings)

This has to added to the slicer (slizer, prusaSlizer, superSlizer, ...)
at 'printer Settings' BEFORE_LAYER_CHANGE
In Simplify3d you can go to the Scripts tab
, and add the generated GCODE to the Layer Change Script.
(i do not use Simplify3d, please tell me if it is working)
In Cura
Under Extensions, click Post Processing, and select 'Modify G-Code'.
The script you want is ChangeAtZ, and you'll need to add one for each layer needed.
