Use this clamp and knob on a Mallard anesthesia machine to keep the bellows in the upright position for drying. They tend to break because people forget to take them off before using the machine and they slam into the scavenger assist box and potentially bend the bellows rod. The clamp requires one M3 heat set insert, it does not matter which side you put it on. The knob also requires a heat set insert and an M3 screw long enough to get through the clamp. I used a 35mm long M3 and tightened it in as much as possible so it won't back out in use. It would be better to have a nut on it but I did not have time to make a nut insert in the knob. I used ASA filament because it is tough and chemical resistant. The nurses will abuse this thing, and ASA should stand up to cleaning chems in a hospital.
Parts: 2 M3 heat set inserts and one 35mm M3 screw
