I tore apart some broken Magna-Tiles and some off-brand versions to salvage the magnets, then used those in the holes provided in the model. Your pause layer for magnet insertion will depend on layer thickness, so slice it, view the last layer before it covers the magnet holes, then re-slice with a pause at that layer.
