Summary

I recommend adding some sort of spacer between the extruder and the mounting plate, I've just added two nuts. i printed this out of pla and haven't had any problems with melting.
*the only thing to worry about is pretty tight tolerances and the z height keeps only 90% of the max height because the wire have a chance to get clipped by the rail on top.
