The plunger is completely straight and printed to fit precisely inside the tube (0,2mm gab).
To achieve the best possible compression effect at the bulged end of the tube, the plunger should be pressed with a consistent, uniform speed. This steady motion ensures the dough is compacted efficiently, resulting in a smooth, dense, and structurally stable strand.
Because the plunger is straight and the tube provides the final compression through its bulged end, the system ensures uniform density and a clean, professional finish on every extrusion.
