I have a new Hatchbox Alpha delta style printer...printed several items (almost 36 straight hours)....then I goofed and tried to print some steel filled PLA (Proto Pasta) which locked the hot end up...solid.

Purchased the E3D metal hotend (per subscriber on here) and installed it. Ebross ( http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1527300 )
Works good but nozzle cooling fan wouldn't fit. This is my design so it is almost horizontal but will still blow across nozzle. Can be used anywhere you'd need an almost 50* redirection of air.

This is for a 40mm fan...

You can print this standing up (blower exhaust pointing up) and you won't need supports. It will be 'drippy' in places but you can trim or leave it as is.

I used Cubify Invent 3D printer CAD software....which, sadly, appears to not be sold by 3D systems anymore.
