PCB GRAB

This is a PCB vise.
The idea was to create something like PCBite.Creating few of them can help hold the pcb for inspection and soldering by grabbing it from the edges.

Some additional materials are needed to assemble the grab:

• 2x m3x5 screws with round head.
• 1x m3x20 screw
• 2x self tapping screws for plastic 10mm
• 1 piece (about 5 cm) flat elastic bands for sewing 5mm or 6mm wide

Assembly is quite straightforward since there are only three parts to assemble. The most tricky part is to pass the elasting band through the hold of the top part and adjust the tension.
TIP: The grabbing force should be enough to hold the PCB in place.
