I designed this soap tray for my dorm room, the middle circle is 3 inches in diameter and the outer circle makes the whole model roughly 5 inches in diameter, which is suitable for most normal sizes of soap bars (including Dr. Squatch!)  

Can easily be scaled up or down for preference.

Definitely print it with the open part facing up, support is recommended.
