the endcap on my battery shattered so i made a new one and want the world to have it too. 

this is an endcap/housing for an ANCHEER e-bike battery. 36v 8a. used in AE4 folding bikes. doesn't look like they make this bike type anymore so maybe this will help someone. 

• design notes
  • This is a basic end cap. i eliminated the handle out of simplicity. you can use the key in the lock to pull out the battery out of the bike.
  • The gap in the bottom is to accommodate the charging port cables so you don't have to rewire. simply slide the wires through the gap and push the fitting into place. 
  • i have included a STEP for remixing or other projects. good luck!

  • print with face down. 
  • you can probably get away with no supports, however the circular holes may need some help. just be careful not to let your printer block the screw holes with supports.
