I broke one of the cardboard cable holders from the Valve Index kit's box, so I decided to model one with inspiration from the original. I often put back everything in the original box so this was pretty vital for good organization in there.

It's slightly smaller in diameter than the cutout on the box, to account for the lack of flex of the part. It also has a 6.3mm hole for the power jack (to the base station) to aid in spooling up the cable.

All in all, the entire cable fits fine. The box slightly bumps out but did so with the original piece aswell…

Printed in Sunlu matte black PLA, 0.2mm layer height, 15% infill (though the actual circle has no infill unless you use 1 vertical perimeter).

I assume you could print this in any material, maybe a flexible would help fit the whole thing in the box better.
