The Game Concept

In GridQuest, heroes take on the task of exploring dark catacombs, recovering treasures, and defeating legendary monsters and bosses. What makes it special? The battlefield is 100% modular. For maximum gameplay asymmetry, every wall, gate, and piece of furniture can be placed individually.

The Gridfinity community offers a vast variety of BINS, which from now on can serve as both the GAME BOARD and the storage system in one. Everything you need can be stowed away directly inside the bins.

Even WITHOUT a bin, GridQuest can be played freely on any standard Gridfinity baseplate of any size. For example, a 1:1 recreation of the classic HeroQuest board is easily achievable. All parts (walls, doors, baseplates) are available here for download.

• Dungeon Kit: YOU decide how big your first dungeon will be. A 4×4 Gridfinity baseplate is more than enough for your first test.

• Furniture, Walls & Gates: To start, 1–2 walls with doors, 1–2 pieces of furniture, a hero, and a monster are all you need to begin the journey.
