Summary
My second pipe stem design: bent shape.
Includes Fusion 360 design files.
PLA would be the wisest move to start with for low to no toxicity. (depends on the brand and colorants)

Notes:
I have included the Fusion 360 design files. It is parametric, so you can just change dimensions on the various sketches to adjust for your needs.
You will want to orient this sort of like a bow in order to have support on the lip (tip) to get it to come out nicely.
As saved dimensions:
Tenon draft bore: 4mm
Tenon: 9.2mm
Stem outer diameter at base: 17.8mm
Following the bend, length is about 87mm
Lip (tip) width: 18mm
Lip height: 7mm
Lip Bore height: 3mm
Print at what ever layer height you desire - sand the heck out of it, drop to super fine grit for final sanding. You want this as smooth as possible. A comfort bit (rubber tip sleeve) might be a good addition as well. (I need to try that myself)
