This is my old test model, inspired by a soccer ball used in 2010 World Cup.

Surfaces are detachable from core.

I am using DaVinci 1.0 3D printer by XYZ printing.

Layer pitch is 0.2mm.
Normal speed and normal shell thickness.

No raft. No support.
With stick paste(Tombow, Shiwanashi PIT).

780 minutes to print. 30 minutes for shaping and sanding.
4$ for ABS.
