Simple variation added a extra gap for less friction. Made the base optional.
Added a middle mount hole.

Modify the openscad file as needed (its now set for a ball 12.7 mm / 0.5 inch with a total height of 19 mm)
The mount holes are set 25 mm appart
De two stl are generated with these settings
