There are 3 types of bird spike designs i made. I printed all of them you can see my favourite in the photos. Main idea was to have a design that use minimum material and print in short time.

The one that i used is bird_spike2.stl, I am using cocktail sticks, the hole size in this stl is about 2mm, which is just right for the stick. You might want to adjust the hole size in stl as per the stick you planning to use.

I have used the wooden filament here but you can use what you like.
