Like the title says, this is just a big clip that you can mount to something. The mount is just a barebones part that will probably have to be glued or taped or screwed to something. If you want, you could also merge it into another 3d part.

The clip itself uses a standard 32mm binder (aka bulldog) clip to provide the springy part. It is held together with an M4x40 screw and a locknut. If you want to attach it to the mount, you need an M4x50 screw.

You will have to print both clips with support. They need to be printed on the side because the plastic is more bendy that way. The mount doesn't need support.

Once you've printed the top and bottom clip, slide in the binder clip to keep them together. After that, you should be able to slide in an M4 screw to hold everything together permanently.

Just a note, the sides of the mount prevent the binder clip from sliding out. Without it, the binder clip is just held in by friction.

Everything was drawn in FreeCAD v0.16 and I've included the source files. Some of the files have parts combined from the others just to see how they fit. The CAD files aren't the greatest since I just kind of slapped it together but at least you can see how everything was designed.
