Instructions for use

Update: I've uploaded a new version of end_nub.STL, which should fit better.

All parts are printed using PLA, with a 3-perimeter and 30% infill. The drill body is printed with a layer thickness of 0.2mm - you may need an edge. The sliders, collets, and end small cams are printed with a layer thickness of 0.16mm. The different layer thicknesses make the layer lines on the drill body misaligned with the layer lines on the sliders, ensuring smoother operation. Please note that the collet threads may need to be slightly trimmed with a triangular file.

When assembling, first push the slider into the body. Next, apply a little grease to the small cam pin at the end and click it into the end of the drill body. It should rotate freely. Finally, apply a little grease to the collet thread and also a little grease to the outer surface of the flexible fingers, then tighten the collet.
