This model is a hexagonal head stock for Prusacaster guitars.  The model was designed to fit the neck/headstock from the Harley Benton T-style kit.

If using a different neck/headstock, you may need to make adjustments to ensure proper fit and clearances.

This model was based on the headstock shape templates by @ballanux to define the outer border of the hexagonal headstock pattern.

Instructions:

1. Print out the hexagonal headstock model

2. Use the 3D print as a template to mark the headstock for where you will make the cut

3. Use a bandsaw or scroll saw to rough cut

4. Sand to obtain the desired fit and finish

5. Use superglue to attach the hexagonal headstock

NOTE:  The bottom side of the model has a lip which helps cover imperfections in the sawing/sanding process.
