This simple balancing game only requires a tree and a few birds. Involving as many players as you want (taking into account you might have to print a few more birds in case its a lot of players) each person takes a turn to grab a tree and try to balance it in the branch of the tree that they like the most. First player to drop their bird, another player's bird, or even the whole tree, looses the game.
