I made this template to assist me locating the correct mounting location for the Comma4's stick on mounting plate. I placed a tape line on the outside of the windshield to mark the center of the windshield. The vertical slot in the template lets you see this tape line so that you can get the mounting plate square and level. The template is large so that it and the mounting plate can be taped to the windshield AND you can actually mount the Comma4 temporarily. Now you just sit back, get comfortable, and make double and triple sure you like the placement. Adjust as necessary. Once satisfied, pop out the mounting plate, peel its backing off and put it back into the template to securely attach it to the windshield. Remove the template and attach your Comma4. Bob's your Uncle.

I can't say for sure, but my guess is this template will work for other vehicle types as well.
