I designed this in Design Spark Mechanical for my solar Christmas light bulbs. The regular clips I got here worked great but these bulbs are 6 inches tall and the top is a mini solar panel that when hung on the regular clips the solar panel was blocked by the gutter. The clips allow it to extend the bulb out from the gutter to allow it to charge during the day. i hope you find it useful.
