The model in the photos was printed in PLA for demonstration purposes.
For long-term use with water, PETG or ABS is recommended.

This is a double external threaded adapter, commonly used for faucets, aerators, and plumbing connections.
Both ends feature metric external threads (default M22×1) with a straight inner opening. One side includes a shallow hexagonal recess for easier tightening with a wrench.

The design is parametric – you can adjust:

• Thread diameters on each side (for example, M22 to M24)
• Thread length on each side
• Middle section thickness
• Inner opening diameter
• Hexagonal recess size and depth

Default parameters:

• Left thread: M22 × 1 mm step (external)
• Right thread: M22 × 1 mm step (external)
• Thread length: 5 mm each side
• Middle section: 2 mm
• Inner opening: 15 mm
• Hexagonal recess: 3 mm deep

Printing tips:

• Print vertically (threads along Z-axis) for best strength and accuracy
• Layer height: 0.1–0.2 mm for cleaner threads
• PETG or ABS recommended for durability and water contact
