Summary

I liked https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4730104 but didn't have a mic stand. A neighbor threw out a cheap floor lamp so I took out the electrical stuff and made an adapter to fit the shortened lamp shaft end and hold the holder.

It assembles with an M6 cap screw and an embedded m6 hex nut. The screw runs the length and provide strength against the print layers.
