This back plate is used to display the "Start", etc. text through the transparent button on Data East pinball machines. My pinball machine came with a button not like the original for my machine so I designed this back plate as a "blank" replacement so that I could add the original button text (made of black vinyl) to the button. I simply printed this with white PETG which allows plenty of light to shine through and illuminate the text and button. (see image) I am sure PLA would be fine as well.

This is a quick easy print. The only post print action required is light sanding around the outer edge for proper fitment. You also may be able to scale down the print slightly to get around this. Recommend printing with white filament to allow the most light to shine through the assembled button.
